Suzy was born and raised in the Lake Norman area. She is dedicated to helping you find your dream home either by car or boat! She’s a graduate of SouthLake Christian Academy and attended Appalachian State University, obtaining a B.A. in Communication Studies. While attending college, Suzy worked part-time as a leasing consultant and it led her to a career in Property Management. She has a passion for the housing industry and that along with the encouragement of her husband Chad, led her to pursue her real estate license. He is also a native of the area and owns his own HVAC company, Premier Air of Lake Norman. In their spare time, you can find them boating on LKN and spending time with their 2 fur babies. They love Lake Norman and feel blessed to call it home.
